Helping You Navigate Chicago Real Estate with Strategy, Heart, and Hustle!

Hi, I’m Megan Osberger, a Chicago real estate professional passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and care. I bring a client-first approach, thoughtful strategy, and market expertise to every transaction.

My diverse career background informs my real estate practice. After moving to Chicago in 2008, I spent a decade in legal marketing and events at some of the biggest law firms in the world, as well as a stint assisting lenders at Guaranteed Rate. Since pivoting into real estate, I’ve combined these skills to create custom marketing plans that maximize exposure for my listings and guide buyers through the full scope of a deal. My work experience gives me the energy and focus required to thrive in this high-pressure market.

I love this city — and nothing brings me more joy than introducing clients to Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods and vibrant culture. You’ll often find me biking across the city, scouting properties for buyers, staying on top of market trends, or participating in Chicago Park District programs (yes, I’ve even mastered a few figure skating jumps at McFetridge Sports Center!).

As a parent, homeowner, and active member of this community, I understand the many factors that go into finding the right home — and I’m here to listen, advise, and support you throughout your real estate journey. Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction — it’s personal. I’d love to be your trusted resource for all things real estate in Chicago.

Will we bike to your neighborhood next?

As both a long-time Chicago resident and a parent of a Chicago Public Schools student, I understand the unique challenges buyers and sellers face in this city. Whether searching for a family home or building an investment portfolio, I’m here to help you navigate the neighborhoods, school options, and market conditions with honest insights and thoughtful guidance.

Having bought and sold homes several times before becoming a real estate agent, I know firsthand how emotional and stressful this process can be — especially for first-time buyers. That’s why I serve as a one-stop resource for my clients, from showings to inspections, meeting contractors, and ensuring the paperwork is in order.

I’m still here to answer questions, offer advice, and connect you with trusted local resources long after the ink dries on your deal!

I love skating in Millenium Park with my daughter and my sister!
